Straightforward hotel, I liked stunning location and non-smoking rooms.

The hotel staff was not very helpful.

Would recommend it and I would stay here again.

We loved this hotel, it was fabulous and clean. The property had a central position very close to the main Michigan Avenue, Magnificent Mile and most shops. Again, a skyscraper observation deck was nearby.

A professional hotel, clean facilities, and pretty friendly staff.

Everything was nice, though a few employees were not very friendly. Its location was central, 900 feet from an art museum. Hip new hotel set in the good area. The venue had a stunning restaurant particularly for breakfast.

My stay was really nice in the hotel or lobby. The stuff was pleasant and accommodating, the room was new-fashioned.

Thoughtful staff and easy location! The hotel has an affordable restaurant with warm meals. Truly enjoyed quick check-in and late check-out. Would book here again, thanks very much;)))

Had a really great stay in the hotel or lobby, everything was great. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room itself was comfortable.

This hotel is hip new and clean with brilliant location near Michigan Avenue-walk to most shops and knowledgeable staff. Well-appointed room and great communication with the staff. Easy check in and very efficient service overall. Convenient to have wireless in the lobby.

Picturesque location; delightful breakfast; charming staff. I enjoyed that the grand suite was fully-equipped and unique. You could walk to main shops and amazing shops. London guarantee building was close to the hotel, only 1 km.

Sweet and impeccably clean place, the rooms are suitable. It has breathtaking location only a short distance to john hancock observatory.

It was a cozy hotel with accommodating staff. Early check-in was a bonus. Besides, parking was available nearby.

I loved that the lobby was lively. Absolutely superb breakfasts and excellent food available. Staff were happy to help, they are all absolutely incredible people.

There was a nice bar with a wide range of different food, such as nachos and potato chips. Welcoming rooms, thematically designed in the nice style. The staff was always available to ensure I had a very comfortable stay. There was a good pool on site too.

The hotel was well-designed, but I stayed for 4 nights only. Everything here was so perfect, and the weather was wonderful, loved it. The room was huge, decent sized with 2 queen beds. Staff was smart as always: )

Highly convenient location, nice looking, nice looking room and exceptional stuff. Views where spectacular. Having different cool drinks in the rooftop bar was a very nice touch.

The hotel was in an unbeatable location, I loved splendid room and HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL staff. Super comfortable beds, coffee, climate control and lounge chair were a nice touch. Thanks to a top-notch service I had a comfortable stay. I really used free wifi throughout the property a lot. Great for a business traveler.

Rooms and location are superb, I liked it. The hotel is in a decent area. All in all it's spotless place, they have fine beds. Bar staff are the nicest people.

Upscale place, you know. Very clean rooms, superb customer service. We booked grand king suite for 2 nights and had an excellent stay.

That tv was missing.

Morning meal food was amazing! Nice interior design.

the location was perfect, with pelago ristorante nearby. some of popular places such as the magnificent mile were adjacent to this venue.
